All claims must be lodged with Kiwi Business Products within 14 days of goods receipt, quoting the packing slip numbers and date. Kiwi Business Products shall, repair, replace or refund the purchase price of the goods, if applicable, in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993- see our Terms and Conditions of Sale online for more details.
