Shipping Policy

 Freight Charges

Account Customers:
The freight charges calculated for your order will be based on your current contract with Kiwi Business Procucts. Freight charges are not displayed at checkout, but will be automatically calculated at time of dispatch from our warehouse. Please contact Kiwi Business Products for full details of your account freight rate.

Delivery Timeframes

When you place your order for ‘standard in-stock products’ before 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), we will pack your order within 2 business days – ready for couriers to collect.

The following timeframes apply to non-standard products:

• For products classed as ‘dangerous goods’ please allow 3 – 5 business days for delivery due to specialised handling and delivery requirements

• For ‘shipped from supplier products’ please see specific timeframes shown against each product on our website (note: you may receive more than one delivery, we’ll advise you when your order is confirmed).

Non-Account Customers:
A standard freight charge of $30.00 + GST will be added to each order. This charge will be viewable at the final stage of the checkout process.

Order Processing Times

Orders are usually dispatched from our warehouse within one – two working days. This is dependent on goods being in stock.

International Orders

We are unable to ship outside of New Zealand, Stewart Island, Chatham Island or to Great Barrier Island for website orders.
